Mixing status calculation?

Hi everyone,

I am working on multi-sphere simulation. I want to find out the mixing status of particles in my simulation. for this purpose, i want to use lacey mixing index, it requires the concentration of 1 type of particles in each cell.

please help me how to find the concentrations of particle having type 1 in each cell. and also tell me how can I find the total number of cells.

Hi,
can I divide my simulation domain (means that volume in which granular particles exists) into the required number of sections?
and also tell me is there any way in ParaView to extract data without dividing simulation domain in liggghts.
I want to divide domain into 40 to 50 sections and find the total number of particles in each section and also required a number of particles of each type in each section.
