Is there any other properties that i have to define for the particle. If so, can u list me the properties that can be defined globally.?
Do you have a library to define general particles say for example: sand ,sugar,etc??

yes there are other properties, but this depends on the contact model you choose! Every contact model needs different properties. E.g. compare the tutorial files in.cohesion and in.noCohesion. You will see an additional property cohesionEnergyDensity where the sjkr model is active. Since there are lots of contact models available / being developed by different people such a list would be hard to maintain. Please see the documentation for each model to see which properties this model needs.
However nearly all model parameters are collected in https://github.com/CFDEMproject/LIGGGHTS-PUBLIC/blob/master/src/global_p...
I am sorry, we do not have a library for general particles. But I'm sure you'll find values for these materials in literature.
