Hello.
How to calculate the pressure and shear stress on a triangles of the mesh?
Is it the integral of the contact forces averaged by triangle's area?
Thanks.

Hi Sergei, The normal stress
Hi Sergei,
The normal stress (pressure) is computed on a triangular facet by dividing the total normal force due to the spheres in contact with this triangular facet by the facet area.
Concerning the shear stress, it is the same thing from the total shear force (if there is friction) due to the spheres in contact with this triangular facet.
You can see these equations in the file: fix_meshGran_analyze.cpp
