CFDEM coupling version 2.5.0 released

CFDEM coupling version 2.5.0 released (released Feb 06, 2013)
by DCS computing GmbH
changes and new features:
+ CFDEMcoupling works with the latest version of LIGGGHTS (currently 2.2.4)
+ improvements to clock model (track CPU and memorry usage) - thx to Josef
+ update of cfdemSolverIB to account for particles entering a domain
+ minor changes to cfdemPostproc utility
+ removed region model
+ additinal aliases to compile solver, src, utilities separately
+ improvements to runLiggghts liggghts command model (uses pre no by default)

LIGGGHTS 2.2.1 released

LIGGGHTS 2.2.1: (released 13 November 2012)

+ Added a dump atom/vtk command which now enables LIGGGHTS to write to VTK files directly. However, this requires LIGGGHTS to link against VTK libraries, see the new makefile Makefile.ubuntuVTK for an example how to do this. Thanks a lot to Anton Gladky (TU Freiberg) for this contribution.
+ Added a CMake ("Cross Platform Make", www.cmake.org) build system for LIGGGHTS. Thanks again to Anton Gladky (TU Freiberg) for setting this up.

LAMMPS (and maybe LIGGGHTS) Code dev workshop

This is posted on behalf of Axel Kohlmeyer (LAMMPS developer).
We're thinking about extending this to comprise LIGGGHTS topics as well.
If so, we'll announce in due time. Anyway, this will be interesting for anyone
doing code dev with LIGGGHTS and CFDEMcoupling
