I have been attempting to use superquadric particles in a cohesive system, but the documentation suggests that this combination is not supported in LIGGGHTS 3.8.0.
At the same time, the announcements section indicates that superquadric shapes are available in this version, which is somewhat confusing.
Currently, I am using the Easo capillary-viscous cohesion model. The simulation runs without any errors, but the results do not seem physically consistent, which makes me suspect that something may not be working as intended.
Could anyone clarify whether superquadrics can actually be used with cohesion models in LIGGGHTS 3.8.0? Or are there known limitations or workarounds for this case?
