Hi everyone,
is there a general guideline on how often to compute and print out thermo dynamic info? For example, how do I decide whether I should use thermo 1000 or thermo 2000?
I'm thinking of something similar to 0.1 ... 0.2 x Rayleigh Time for timesteps.
Thank you for your help,
Michael

Think about what information
Think about what information you output and how frequently you need it. For example, if you have an oscillating mixer and want to output the average particle position, I'd use 1/10 - 1/100 of the number of timesteps required for one mixing cycle (rotation of the shaft or the container).
