Hi everybody,
I'm running a simulation for the compressing a soft material between a static wall and a moving-mesh-wall. The wall is moving with a constant speed.
Is there a quick way to get the overall force with which the mass ist pushing against the wall?

you mean the force that the particles exert on the wall?
Yes, this is possible if the wall is of type mesh/gran/stressanalysis. You can dump the stress on the wall to VTK - see doc for fix mesh/gran/stressanalysis and dump (substyle dump/mesh/gran/VTK) for details.
