set heatsource problems

Hi everyone,
I've been using and reading the heat/gran documentation and have a few comments...

1) In the writing (and I think an example case that comes with LIGGGHTS 2.x?) it says that the keyword is property/atom but then the example has :
set region srcreg property/peratom heatSource 0.5

I tried running this property/peratom and received errors. In some cases I do believe the property/atom did work. I just want to point out that I think there's a mismatch between the code and the documentation.

but

2) I also tried running this set command after a restart and I see the echo print of "0 settings made for property/atom" in my terminal. The command I give is:
set region bc property/atom heatSource v_nucheat

I've used just constant values in place of the v_nucheat and still I get 0 settings made for property/atom. Has anyone else had an issue with the set command not working with restart data?

Regards,
Jon

Ok so my problem of getting "0 settings made for property/atom" was my fault. I was referencing a region that all the particles had already moved out from. However, I am having the separate problem of, when choosing the right region, I get the notification that it is "Setting atom values ..." but then the program hangs up there. I left it on all night and in the morning the values hadn't been set.

I haven't had problems doing this until I tried applying the heat to restart data...

OK this problem can be closed. There was no bug or error with loading restart data. All that needed to be done was do a single "run 1" before making the set heatSource command.

I thought I'd done that before and still had the error -- but who knows. I must have had multiply layers of problems hiding this simple solution.
