Hello, I'm beginner of LIGGGHTS.
I want to know particle breakage capability(e.g When one particle is subjected critical stress, it becomes several particles)
In LIGGGHTS 2.x, 'fix breakparticle/force' is my purpose but it seems impossible in LIGGGHTS 3.x.
Does anyone know about this?
Thanks.

fix multisphere/break
LIGGGHTS-PUBLIC provides fix multisphere/break
https://www.cfdem.com/media/DEM/docu/fix_multisphere_break.html
which may be considered as a very basic form of a bonded-particle breakage model.
https://github.com/richti83/LIGGGHTS-WITH-BONDS or https://github.com/schrummy14/LIGGGHTS_Flexible_Fibers include an actual bonded-particle model with breakage capabilities
https://github.com/ParticulateFlow/LIGGGHTS-PFM provides a particle replacement model for breakage
