Hi,
When I use
pair_style peri/lps for the pair style, I get this error:
ERROR: Invalid atom style
I wonder if it is possible to use this pair style with LIGGGHTS or not.

Hi Ozgur,
Ram is right - you need to build with the right package - "make yes-peri" and re-compilation installs the peridynamics package. Yet peri/lps is not available in LIGGGHTS yet - current LIGGGHTS is based on LAMMPS30march10 and peri/lps has been added to LAMMPS afterwards.
Changes to main LAMMPS will be added to LIGGGHTS only once or twice a year (because this is a lot of work). I recommend using a recent LAMMPS version if you want to use peri/lps now.
