Hi,
I'm experiencing some odd behevior of particles at insertion and can't figure it out. I've changed refined my surface stl mesh and that does not seem to help. I've also changed the random seed around to see if that is what is causing it. This is odd to me because I've inserted with a surface in the past and have not experienced this behavior. See attached for a photo and also my input file. I'm currently running pure DEM with the case to determine the root cause. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Dustin

I believe this has to do with particle insertion on the axis. I'll shift my domain and report back

It turns out that it was the axis. I shifted my meshes off the axis and now I have no issues. I'm posting in case someone else is having the same issue.
