mschramm LIGGGHTS with bonds files

Hello,
All files are included in the regular source tree.
The files that need to be included are the same as richti83's code. These files include

Additionally I have added the following
fix_airdrag.h
fix_airdrag.cpp
which contains approximations to linear and quadratic transnational air drag and a linear rotational air drag which assume the particle is NOT in a vector field

edits I have done include to
particleToInsert.h
particleToInsert.cpp
fix_insert_pack.h
fix_insert_pack.cpp
to allow dense packing of fiber particles
