I'm wondering about the progress of implementing the "many-to-many" communication scheme, as seen in these 2013 and 2015 slides:

The latter indicates a "Stable Version 1.0" used in some of the test cases, but I can't find any further information about it.
This would be incredibly useful for our research, since we want to run large-scale simulations with CFDEM on hundreds or thousands of processors, and the twoWayMPI dataExchangeModel doesn't scale up well at all.
