Install CFDEM on NCI CentOS 6.10

Hi everyone,

I am trying to install CFDEM project on NCI cluster, distribution CentOS. After I downloaded CFDEM package and LIGGGHTS package, and tried to run the build process. It is not successful. I have already installed OpenMPI, VTK, Octave etc.. in the system, and I am using openfoam 5.x for coupling. I have changed the bash file and set all the environmental variables. So could anyone tell me what causes those errors in the build process. Do I need to do any changes in the make file in respect to different distribution OS. And after the compiling process, where can I find the build file or make result file which can be used as executable file in the system.
