Heat transfer between two particles is calculated by fix heat/gran
If i want to know how the heat transfer does in liggghts, which cpp should i see ?
Could you give me some advices?

What is it exactly that you want to know about the heat transfer between two particles?
fix heat/gran calculates the heat transfer by conduction between particles. What you need in order to get it running is the initial temperature of the particles. You also need to define the thermal conductivity and the specific thermal capacity by using fix property/global.
