Force on Top Wall

Dear all,

I have a simple question.
How apply a force on the top of the system of the image?

I tried the fix aveforce without success.
My in file is attached.

What kind of error it reported? Or it is just not working at all?

Maybe you should: 1) try add force from the very simple case; 2) check your current case with more time-step

I received no report by the solver. When I run the study, the atoms in the region where I apply the force simply disappear.
