Error:sub-model property is undefined in dictionary"processor0/constant/couplingProperties"

Hi, everyone.
I try to execute a coupled simulation with the cfdemSolverIB after I use decomposePar to divide it into four processors. Unfortunately, I receive following error:

--> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR:
[3] keyword voidFractionModelProps is undefined in dictionary "xxx/CFD/processor0 (1,2,3)/constant/couplingProperties"
[3] file: xxx/CFD/processor0/constant/couplingProperties from line 0 to line 0.

FOAM parallel run exiting

note: I choose "voidFractionModel divided" in couplingProperties document in "contant"-folder and already set the dividedProps. And there is even no "couplingProperties" documents in my "processor0"-folder. Then I try to add "couplingProperties" in my "processor0"-folder, but it still didn't work.

I am still a newcomer to cfdemcoupling. I really don't know how to solve it, so every help is appreciated!

Thank you !

Kind regards

Tao

Hello,

Could you explain your setup in more details? It is difficult to troubleshoot without knowing the setup.

I would suggest you change the void fraction model to IB instead of divided. There should only be the mesh data and the field files in the processor folders.
