LPP is a python skript which
LPP is a python skript which you can download here: [1]
but I would suggest to dump directly vtk (https://www.cfdem.com/media/DEM/docu/dump.html style atom/vtk) or use liggghts reader for paraview [2], so you don't need to convert dumfiles to vtk files using lpp

error in application
hello,
I tried following the second method, but I am getting an error upon applying modifications in Paraview, where I downloaded the whole package in the given link in a virtual box (as I am using ubuntu overthere) and unzipped it, after which I opened Paraview and pressed on (tools>manage plugins>load new) in order to choose the file of the following directory : Paraview_Reader_for_LIGGGHTS_master>pre_compiled>5.4.1>libliggghts_reader.so.
But I am getting the following error after hitting ok :
ERROR: In /build/paraview-lH8wFv/paraview-5.4.1+dfsg3/ParaViewCore/ClientServerCore/Core/vtkPVPluginLoader.cxx, line 388
vtkPVPluginLoader (0x55d295c44ef0): libvtkPVClientServerCoreCore-pv5.4.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
Any suggestions in this regards?
best wishes

Seems as you are using the
Seems as you are using the ubuntu packed paraview version, I guess the naming of the shared libs is different. I would recommend installing of kitware binary: link

actually I tried that, but it did not work for this version. however, version 5.6.0-RC1 64-bit was installed and run, but the liggghts files are not read by it.
