Enduring Contacts

Hi,

I have to detect the enduring contacts, so I have to apply criteria which identifies which one of the neighbors are in tight contact. I suppose I have to modify the source code but how is that possible ?

Hi Mohammad,

yes for this you will have to modify the code. The easiest (but not most elegant) way would be to modify the tangential history model by adding a 4th history value - the contact time.
Then modify compute_pair_gran_local to the able to output this
