coupling from read restart file

Hi everyone,
I try to coupling results from the restart file, however, it shows an error as "WARNING: Restart file used different # of processors (read_restart.cpp:517)
WARNING: Restart file used different boundary settings, using restart file values (read_restart.cpp:588)
orthogonal box = (-0.5 -0.5 0) to (0.5 0.5 0.5)
1 by 2 by 1 MPI processor grid
ERROR: Invalid bond style (force.cpp:280)". Is it related to the coupling properties or the liggghtsCommand? Does anyone know how to modify it? Any help would be thankful.

Hi,

there is one example on how to restart a coupled run - you could use this as a start.
the error sounds like a problem in the in.* file - try to run it with liggghts only (uncomment the coupling) and see if it works.

Hi,
Yeah, I saw the example and the restart file could run with liggghts only. However, when it run with coupled CFD, it has the error. I use the restart file of the example, it could read without this error. I think there is an error with the restart file but I do not know what cause this and how to modify it.

hi,

usually the init and restart in file have to be very similar. (start with on in file and then derive the restart in file)
