Conveyor belt and Head pulley

Hello,

I am analyzing particles trajectory off conveyor belt. I have these two fixes in the script;

fix conv all mesh/surface file meshes/conv_200.stl type 4 move 0.0 0.0 0.0 rotate axis 0 1 0 angle 13.5 surface_vel 0.5 0.0 0.0 #Thats the conveyor belt
fix h_pulley all mesh/surface file meshes/head_pulley.stl type 4 move 0.0 0.0 0.0 rotate axis 0 1 0 angle 13.5 curvature 1e-6 #Thats the head-pulley

I want the head-pulley to rotate at the same speed as the conveyor belt (0.5 m/s) and I am struggling to figure out the correct fix move/mesh or mesh/surface for that.

Hi,
As you rotate the conveyor it would be a good idea to have the head pulley in 0/0/0 than you can use

fix move all move/mesh mesh cad1 rotate origin 0. 0. 0. axis 0. 1. 0. period $T

to rotate the mesh continuously.
Note: Period ($T) depends on pulley diameter and belt velocity.
