Cluster/atom algorithm

Hi all,

I would like to know which is the algorithm behind the cluster/atom compute. Is anyone aware of that? Any reference?

Hi Guiseppe,

there is no specific algorith used - the compute just parses a neighbor list and looks for particles which are close to each other. It might be worthwile to mention that - if I am not mistaken - the "skin" parameter will define "how far it can see" spatially
