Hello!
I am dealing with a simulaton of small particles (the smallest having a radius of 7.5 microns). When I was doing the simulation I have received an error 'Volume expectancy too small' that suggested me doing changes in the fix_template_sphere.cpp file
I have lowered the value of vol_limit from default 1e-12 to 1e-24
Then I tried to recompile LIGGGHTS from the src folder by simply writing the command:
make auto
However when I am trying to run my simulation again, the same error appears. Am I doing everything correct? I am new into LIGGGHTS.
