Hello, everyone:
I have a question about CFDEM . In the DEM folder, it has two in.liggghts txt - init and run script. I do not know what is the function of the "run" script, cause I find that in parDEM.sh, it seems that it only use in.liggghts_init . How to use the run script? I am so confused.

bitlife also encountered the same difficulty when I first learned CFDEM. The "run" script can be used to perform the main calculation steps after initializing the parameters with the "init" script. You can try running each script separately to see the difference. I hope you find a solution soon. Thanks for sharing this problem!
