Hi Everybody,
I was wondering if you know which versions of OpenFoam and Liggghts works fine during CFDEM compilation?

Hi,
Hi,
in /cfdTools you find a file called versionInfo.H which says:
word CFDEMversion="cfdem-2.6.1";
word compatibleLIGGGHTSversion="3.0.0";
word OFversion="2.2.x-commit-61b850bc107bdd60bbf1bf9a6417b9faf701d128";
That's the version I'm working with. With some work you can get it run on older versions as well. (see OFversion.H file)
Kind Regards,
Chris

Thanks,
Thanks for your suggestion, another thing I really need to know is the Ubuntu version which is compatible with OF, CFDEM and Liggghts.
Cheers,
David

Ubuntu
OpenFOAM offers Ubuntu Deb Pack Installation for version 12.04, 12.10, 13.04 and 13.10. So I guess these are kind of recommended Ubuntu versions from their side. Personally, I've set up the OpenFOAM-CFDEM-LIGGGHTS combination on 12.04 and 13.04, so those most definitley should work.
