I have found it:

surface_vel command define the velocity of belt.
However it seems
- there is not any tab to select the surface!
- you can not add chute because it is starter version

Hello Mohandes,
you are right, the STARTER version only supports the usage of one mesh per simulation (in the PRO version an unlimited number of arbitrarily large meshes can be used). There is no need to select the surface, surface_vel applies the given velocity to the entire component for which it is selected.
