【Ahead thanks】How to reach a quasi-static state during simulation.

Dear all,

I am doing a simulation which needs a quasi-static state during my simulation, i.e a triaxial compression test.

Normally a ratio of the out-of-balance force over the average contact force is used to assess if the granular system is stable or not. First, I want to know how to obtain (or output) the out-of-balance force acting on each particle and the average contact force acting on each pair; Second, would it be enough to reach a quasi-static state if I just check my timestep using command "fix check/timestep/gran" considering both the Rayleigh- and Hertz time and keep the timestep to be smaller than 0.1*dt_r and 0.1*dt_h?

Any suggestions are warmly appreciated!

Many thanks.
