Please, use LIGGGHTS 3.0.1
Please, use the latest LIGGGHTS version 3.0.1 available on github.
Make sure that the pair_style command in your input script uses the new 3.0.x syntax (see the LIGGGHTS manual for details).

Help please
Sorry, but I'm beginner in LIGGGHTS. Can you give me a help or a tutorial of how it's done, please?

Tutorials?
Sorry to say, but I don't think anything like a tutorial exists for LIGGGHTS. The good people behind LIGGGHTS do include some great examples with the install though. I'd suggest you find an example that is close to what you want to do, and look at the input script. If there's something you don't understand in it, look it up in the documentation. Slowly modify and experiment with the input script until you can get it to give you information like what you're looking for. Unfortunately, learning can be a slow process and it might be a month or so before you're able to use LIGGGHTS with confidence.
