Three phase flow which is induced by geometry motion

Hi,
I am trying to run a simulation like the three phase ball mill from CFDEM_currentState_Goniva_0.pdf p23(http://cfdem.dcs-computing.com/?q=system/files/CFDEM_currentState_Goniva...).

But this PDF is not easy for me.

So, is there any other useful tutorial case or tips to do this?
