Possible bug in ShirgonkarIB

Hi Alice,

I found the ShirgonkarIB force might be n times of the needed, where n=number of processors. Could you help me check it? If necessary, I can post my case later.

Hi rqwang,
in the force model all cells of a particle that are contained on a specific processor are located, their contribution is added to the force term. So altogether the particles are only accounted for once.
