Dear Christoph,
There's a bug (Illegal if command) in early version of lammps, and it has been fixed in current lammps. However, the bug is still in liggghts. I used the patch file to liggghts that applied in lammps and it didn't work.
So could you help me to fix this? The patch file of lammps has been attached.
Many thanks!
Best,
Tong

You can't simply apply LAMMPS
You can't simply apply LAMMPS patches to LIGGGHTS.
I would ask you to either fix the issue yourself (I am sure there is a workaround to do what you want) or wait for the next major release of LIGGGHTS to come over the next months where all the LAMMPS bugfixes will be included
Cheers,
Christoph

Hi, Christoph,
Thanks for your reply.
I found some other methods to replace if, so I would like to wait for the next major version of LIGGGHTS.
Best,
