Are you trying to insert them
Are you trying to insert them into the center of the cylinder, or the annular region? For the center of the cylinder, see the examples for how to use insert/stream or insert/rate_region. For the annular region, I would create an annular plate and use the insert/stream. See the tutorial I posted on 6/24/13 for an example involving an annular shear cell.
