I can not find the script that integrates all the forces acting on each particle and calculates the accelerated velocity.
Any one can give me some clues, very appreciate!

Actual integration vs force calculation
Hello,
The integration happens in fix_nve_sphere.cpp (or similar).
Forces are summed in their respective locations
contact forces -> normal_model_hertz.cpp and tangential_model_history.cpp
bond forces -> bond_gran.cpp
