Dumping geomtry stl in jpg png files

Hi all

We have dump image command liggghts which prints atom/particles at certain intervals in jog or png formats. The command may look like following:
dump dump_image all image 1000 png/image*.png type v_diameter zoom 1.0 view 90 90 size 1024 1024 axes yes 0.1 0.01

It prints the atoms/geometry in the image file as it is basically taken from LAMMPS. But in liggghts geometry also play important role. So, is there any way to dump geometry also in the image. Some, transparency can be set to the geometry so that geometry and particles can be simultaneously viewed and compared in images.

I am concerned about this because I found visualizing in the image is the fasted way to roughly analyze the simulation setup. Visualizing in para-view is slight cumbersome and it is good for visualizing simulation at mature stages.

Hi rahulsoni,

as far as I know, this feature is not implemented. No better news ...
