Hi

What does DNUM 0 in solver output stand for? Is it okay to get this output?

Cheers
Claudio

Hi Claudio,

yes, that should not trouble you. That was some debugging output that slipped into a LIGGGHTS release at some point. You are probably using an older version of LIGGGHTS?

Cheers, Christoph

Hi Christoph

When I start a LIGGGHTS-run in the first line of the solver output I can read "LIGGGHTS 1.4.4 based on lammps-10Mar10". Shall I upgrade to 1.4.6? What steps are necessary to do that?

Thanks
Claudio

Have a look at the git instructions in the LIGGGHTS download section. After "git pull" (make a copy of the LIGGGHTS folder before just in case), you will have to re-compile LIGGGHTS, the CFDEM library and your solver(s) using CFDEM
