Hi,
I want to change the density of already poured particles in the simulation box. Can I change it with fix adapt command or set command? Or, I should re-pour the particles (with new density) if it is not valid way of doing the simulation.

you can change the density during the simulation (could be e.g. due to chemical reactions). You can not do this currently with fix adapt, but it would be not so much effort to include this functionality. You can do it with the set command, see the doc on how to do it exactly.
