Where is the particle temperatures are saved in the code

Hi,
For my project, I need to make a model of fluid bed drying. For this purpose, I am modifying the easo bridge model code. I want to implement a decrease in liquid content absorbed in the particle as the temperature rises beyond evaporating temperature. For this, I need to access the temperature of particles in the code. Where is the particle temperatures are saved in the code so that based on this value I can modify my liquid content?
