I built up a simulation model that was working efficiently including two CAD "parts" named as cad1 and cad2, and upon adding a new part named as cad3 without changing anything else in the initial simulation setup, I am getting the following massage, and the simulation is not being further run:
Import and parallelization of mesh cad1 containing 2226 triangle(s) successful
Import and parallelization of mesh cad2 containing 3666 triangle(s) successful
double free or corruption (out)

So any suggestion in this regards please?
