The last question on the GPU support with LIGGGHTS was in 2020.
I just wanted to know if since there are some updates.
Is LIGGGHTS-Public compatible with GPU or not?
Does the non public version provide the GPU support ?

I don't think there is any GPU support at this time. I couldn't find a corresponding make file, either. I know LAMMPS has GPU support.
