Primary job terminated normally, but 1 process returned
a non-zero exit code. Per user-direction, the job has been aborted.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
SIGINT/SIGTERM caught - Writing restart on next occasion and quitting after that.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
mpirun noticed that process rank 0 with PID 0 on node user exited on signal 9 (Killed).
While I was running a script, the system crashed with the above message.
Can anyone tell whats the possible reason??

rerun with -echo both
Hello,
The error you posted provides no information on what actually caused the error.
Please re-run the script with the -echo both flag and post the output that is show to screen.

SAME PROBLEM
HELLO
I came across the same question when the number of particles is 10000 and the fluid mesh grid number is 10000.
It seems like the more processors used for one case, the calculation is more prone to be terminated.
So I wonder whether you have found the solution and it would be better if we could have more conversations about this.
Thank you!
Chen
