I am a newer here, and I want to know if the LIGGGHTS DEM Code can be easily coupled with a commercial CFD software? then can be used to simulate the spouted bed?

No - the reasons are manifold.
We are about to release a beta for CFD-DEM coupling of LIGGGHTS with an open source CFD package soon at this site...
