Problems compiling CFDEM 2.5.5 on Ubuntu 13.04 missing cfdemCloudIB.H

Hi,

after getting latest version CFDEM via git

sudo git clone https://github.com/CFDEMproject/CFDEMcoupling-PUBLIC.git

I changed to some Make-root dirs, run rmdepall, wclean and wmake but all compiling sessions broke by missing cfdemCloudIB.H
Is this a Ubuntu 13.04 specific error or is cfdemCloudIB.H missing in the git clone?

fwiw I had a bunch of problems wiith 13.04 and the LIGGGHTS-OpenFOAM coupling. I ended up going back to 12.10 because of other compatibility with 13.04. The latest CFDEM installed without a hitch when I did.
